A Flexible Working Environment
At TOPSOLID, our working organisation allows room for flexibility and individual responsibility.
Working days can start between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m., depending on the requirements of the role and the organisation of the team. Where the role allows it, employees can work remotely for up to two days per week.
Lunch breaks are generally taken between noon and 2 p.m., with some flexibility in how employees use this time.
This organisation allows everyone to establish a working rhythm suited to their role and personal circumstances.
Opportunities to Connect
Our sense of community is built primarily at site and team level.
Several events take place throughout the year, including the Galette des Rois, the barbecue held before the summer holidays and the CSE Christmas dinner.
Each office also organises an annual kick-off, including a review of the previous year and an overview of the year ahead. Depending on the location, the day may continue with a team meal or activity.
Other initiatives may also be organised locally, depending on the teams and individual interests.
An International Dimension
TOPSOLID has a network of subsidiaries and partners around the world.
Depending on their role, our employees may regularly work with international teams, communicate with subsidiaries and resellers, participate in international meetings or support the deployment of our solutions across different markets.
English may be part of the daily work environment for certain roles, particularly in technical, quality, export, marketing and support teams.
